Jim Lico
As Fortive’s founding President and Chief Executive Officer, Jim Lico drives Fortive’s overall vision, drawing on two decades of deep experience at Danaher.
Jim is uniquely positioned to build extraordinary teams for extraordinary results at Fortive. He joined Danaher in 1996 as Vice President Operations of Veeder-Root in Altoona, Pennsylvania, and was tapped for roles of increasing responsibility before being appointed Danaher Executive Vice President and member of the Danaher Office of the Chief Executive. During his tenure, his multi-industry responsibilities focused on test and measurement, transportation technologies and industrial technologies.
Jim has also had corporate responsibility for Danaher Corporate Procurement and served as Danaher’s executive leader for the Emerging Market Regional Boards of China, Japan, India and Middle East. Jim ran the Danaher Business System (DBS) from 2004 to 2005 and will ensure that its key principles continue to guide the Fortive Business System (FBS).

Prior to Danaher, Jim held positions of progressively broader scope at AlliedSignal and General Motors. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors of NetScout Systems, a publicly traded network technology company headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. He holds a BS from the University of Michigan and a Masters in Management from Northwestern University. Jim lives in Seattle, Washington, with his wife Maureen and three children.

Lav Agarwal
Lav joined Danaher in 2018 as Director of Growth in the DBS Office. He focuses on commercial strategy for Danaher’s markets in India, SEA and MENA. Prior to Danaher, Lav held roles of increasing leadership and responsibility. He began with Unilever as a Production and Brand Manager, then an Engagement Manager for McKinsey & Company. Most recently, Lav was the Director of Strategy for Medtronic. He earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA.

Rashi Garg
Rashi joined Cepheid in 2019 as Director of Sales and Marketing, India, then accepted the role of General Manager earlier this year. Prior to Cepheid, Rashi spent 15 years in various leadership roles with Johnson & Johnson. She has vast experience in sales, marketing, team management and crisis management across India and Asia Pacific in varied scenarios such as start up, growth and turnaround businesses. She is driven by a strong value system, passion for people development, customer focus and a sense of urgency in achieving business results. She earned her degree in Hotel Management and an MBA from ISB Hyderabad.

Anurag Tandon
Anurag joined Beckman Coulter Life Sciences in 2016 as the Country Director. Earlier this year, Anurag accepted a role of increased responsibility as Regional Director, now supporting the Middle East, Turkey, Mediterranean, Africa, and India. Prior to BecLS, Anurag spent more than 20 years as a Managing Director and General Manager for large organizations such as Oxford Instruments, Mettler-Toledo, and Crompton Greaves. He earned his degree in Production Engineering.

Dhiraj Sood
Dhiraj joined Videojet 12 years ago, beginning as a Sr. Zonal Manager, responsible for North India. After earning multiple roles of increasing scope and responsibility, Dhiraj currently serves as the Managing Director and General Manager for India and South Asia. Prior to Videojet, Dhiraj spent several years in Sales Management and Business Development roles for large organizations like Larsen & Toubro, Kone, and SMC . He earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering and multiple post-graduate certificates in Business Management.

Atul Shah
Atul joined Leica Microsystems three years ago as the Country Manager, India. With over 25 years of experience in strategic management and commercial growth, Atul brings senior leadership expertise from both B2B and B2C segments by leveraging the organization structure with people management. Prior to LMS, Atul spent several years with ABB and Rockwell Automation. He earned his engineering degree in Electronics.
